This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit this site or use our digital SaaS products and related services — including Phonely (phonely.net), our product for calls over VoIP.
What we collect
- Contact & account data — e.g. name, email, and billing-related details when you create an account, subscribe, or contact support.
- Payments — when you pay in cryptocurrency (including USDT, BNB, or other coins we list at checkout), we may process wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, amounts, timestamps, network or chain details, and subscription or invoice references needed to match your payment to your account. We do not collect or store private keys or seed phrases. Public blockchain data may be visible to third parties independent of us.
- Product & technical data — e.g. usage events, device/browser type, IP address, and logs needed to run and secure our services.
- Cookies & similar tech — we may use essential cookies for login or preferences; if we use analytics or marketing cookies, we will describe them and (where required) ask for consent.
Why we use it
We process personal data to provide and improve our SaaS products, process payments and fulfil subscriptions, communicate with you, comply with law, and protect our users and systems. Depending on the situation, we rely on appropriate legal bases under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR where it applies), such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or consent.
Sharing & subprocessors
We engage service providers who process personal data on our behalf as needed to operate our business. We do not sell your personal information. The table below lists typical subprocessors by name where we have a direct relationship; we may add or change providers over time and will update this page when we do. If you need the current list for compliance (for example as a business customer), you may also email moaadb3@gmail.com.
| Subprocessor | Role | Typical location |
|---|---|---|
| Public blockchain networks | Settlement and verification of cryptocurrency payments (e.g. USDT, BNB) per the networks and instructions shown at checkout | Global (on-chain, per network) |
| Cloud hosting & infrastructure providers | Hosting applications, databases, logs, and related runtime | As configured for each product (may include EU, US, or other regions) |
| Email & transactional messaging providers | Account, billing, and support communications | Typically US or EU (per provider) |
Business customers (GDPR Article 28): If you act as a controller and need a data processing agreement, email moaadb3@gmail.com with your company details and the product concerned.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute resolution requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object or seek portability. Contact moaadb3@gmail.com to exercise these rights or ask questions.
International transfers
Our service providers may process or store data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved under applicable law). Blockchain infrastructure is decentralised; on-chain activity is visible according to each network’s rules.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13 (U.S.) or under the age at which parental consent is required for online services in your jurisdiction (often 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact moaadb3@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
