Payments and renewals

We bill paid plans in cryptocurrency (USDT and Binance Coin, plus other assets we list at checkout). Full wording is in Terms.

Cryptocurrency checkout

USDT BNB Subscriptions

We accept USDT and Binance Coin (BNB), and other Binance-ecosystem coins we explicitly list at checkout, for paid plans and renewals. You send funds to the instructions we provide; access follows confirmed settlement on the agreed network.

  • Cancellation: disable auto-renew in billing settings or email support at least 3 business days before renewal so we can stop the next charge in time.
  • Refunds: see Terms — Refunds and consumer rights. For mistaken or duplicate charges, write within 60 days with your transaction reference.

Confirmations

  • Use only the asset, network, and deposit address shown for your checkout or invoice. Sending the wrong coin or chain can mean loss of funds.
  • If something does not match your order, email us with the transaction id and your account email before assuming a failed payment.
